OTC Springfield Campus

Welcome to the OTC Springfield Campus, located in the college district at the intersection of Chestnut Expressway and National Avenue.

OTC’s inaugural campus was established in the spring of 1990 when area residents voted for the creation of a community technical college.

It continues to serve as the flagship campus, housing the Chancellor’s Office and enrolling the most students of any OTC location. Our campus has a hard-earned reputation for providing students from Springfield and its surrounding communities with quality education at a competitive price.

We uphold a mission to promote student learning through workforce training and technical and general education that is responsive to the educational needs of the community and its diverse constituencies through our commitment to affordability and access.

By working with local employers, we continue to ensure our graduates meet the demands of Springfield’s growing workforce. These partnerships both help our students find work after graduation and boost the local economy by adding educated workers to our community.
